I began Pitspone Farm began is 2006 by growing vegetables for local restaurants. I wanted to demonstrate the viability of a small suburban farm and explore ways to maximize income from a small amount of land. 


I've grown many different crops over the years and about five years ago decided to shift the focus of the farm to niche berries that are not widely grown by most growers in our area. The overwhelming majority of these plants are perennials.

Today I supply berries to a variety of local and regional breweries, restaurants, food businesses and individuals.
